With a successful first season under their belt the NH Avalanche prepare for their second season in the EHL.  With the 18-19 training camp and pre-season in the rear view mirror the Avs will prepare for their home opener September 22nd at the Ice Den Arena.  Owner Mario Martiniello has once again worked his magic adding to the players amenities with the addition of a third jersey and a dry changing room for the players. "You need to make sure you give your players a great experience on and off the ice while they are here.  Keeping them happy makes them feel good about why they are playing for us, a happy player is a more successful player.  As an owner, I try and create a great atmosphere for our players so when they go off to college they will remember there time with the Avs," said Martiniello.  With just one week of practice remaining before opening puck drop the coaching staff will prepare there players for what will be a long season.  The Avs will prepare to once again be an organization that prepares and develops players for the NCAA college hockey level.  "As a staff we discuss daily what we need to do to make this a successful season.  It is a long and stressful year for these young men and Mario and I want to make sure our players get everything they can out of themselves every day.  I am happy with how we look right now every day in practice come next weekend we will see the results of our training camp and pre-season games.  It is up to them now and we are excited to get them on the ice next weekend," said Head Coach Chris Cerrella.  The 18-19 Jr Avs players in just 5 days will have a chance to begin their #PATHTOCOLLEGE
