With just four weeks before the EHL Jr Avs report for training camp a lot of behind the scenes preparation needed to be finalized.  A brand new ice logo has been installed at the Ice Den Arena along with some fresh paint to keep the Den the best looking building in the area.  The EHL players will arrive with an addition to their already spectacular locker room, a player changing room will be ready for training camp.  The changing room will give the EHL players an area to change out of their street clothes and into their player apparel and than take a short walk to their locker room to prepare for the day.  The amenities are so important for the players and the Jr Avalanche staff makes sure their players have the best.  "Look good, feel good and play good.  It is something we believe in these things always seem to improve the moral of the players and the team.  They have to be comfortable with their surroundings and I want our players happy at the end of the day.  The rink is ready for another season and I am looking forward to starting our second season in the EHL," said Owner Mario Martiniello.   The EHL Avs will report on August 22 for a team meeting, a college hockey seminar and than will hit the ice for seventeen days before playing their first exhibition game versus rival Boston Jr Rangers.  "We want our guys to get here early to train on and off the ice and prepare for the long season.  We only have four returners from last season  so we want to give our guys some time to gel and form some chemistry.  We do not want to talk about what we did last season and every season is different but we want our guys to understand how important it is to be a good TEAM.  The best way to do that is to get them here and get them going.  We are very excited about this upcoming
