The 2018-19 Jr Avalanche EHL Main Camp Schedule is set.  All players and goalies will receive their team and group number once they have checked in on April 20th at the Ice Den Arena.  There will be workouts conducted at the Avs Team Gym Roots Athletics (address below 1.5 miles from the Ice Den Arena), please bring proper work our attire.  Players who have not pre-registered must have a copy of their USA Hockey Registration Number. 

ALL PLAYERS WEARING VISORS MUST HAVE THE PROPER USA HOCKEY VISOR FORM AND IT MUST BE NOTARIZED OR YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE ICE.

Friday April 20th:

1:00-2:00pm    ALL PLAYERS CHECK IN

2:40-3:30pm   GOALIE ONLY SESSION  (ALL GOALIES)

3:40-4:40pm   PRACTICE (ALL PLAYERS & ALL GOALIES)

4:50-5:50pm   SMALL AREA GAMES (ALL PLAYERS, GOALIES GROUP 1)

7:15-8:15pm   GOALIES/DEFENSE ONLY WORK OUTS (ROOTS ATHLETICS)

Saturday April 21st:

10:50-11:50am   FORWARDS ONLY WORKOUT (ROOTS ATHLETICS)

12:40-1:40pm     SMALL AREA GAMES (ALL PLAYERS AND GOALIES GROUP 2)

1:50-3:10pm       SCRIMMAGE (ALL PLAYERS AND GOALIES GROUP 1)

6:00-7:20pm       SCRIMMAGE (ALL PLAYERS AND GOALIES GROUP 2)

Sunday April 22nd:

9:00-10:00am     GOALIE ONLY SESSION (ALL GOALIES)

10:30am GOALIES WILL BE CUT DOWN TO THE FINAL 6 FOR AND ALLSTAR GAME AT 11:25am

11:25-12:50pm    SCRIMMAGE (ALL PLAYERS FINAL 6 ALL-STAR GOALIES SELECTED ONLY)

** After the final goalie session on Sunday the staff will be cutting it down to the Final 6 All Star goalies who will be than participating in the final scrimmage of the weekend.  After sundays final scrimmage there will be a player/goalie list posted, the players on the list will meet with Coach Cerrella and staff in the hockey offices located on the second level of the Ice Den Arena.  There will be a medical trainer on hand Saturday and Sunday during practices and games if any attention is needed please let a staff member know.
