Whether you are fortunate enough to have been selected for the New England Regional Festival camp or have Junior camps on the horizon, our Festival Prep Camp is the best way to get prepared. Make sure you are in top form with Roots Athletes Strength and Conditioning combined with Superskills on ice hockey training.
The two weekly on-ice sessions will include power skating, shooting and scoring, competition drills and game situations. Mario Martiniello has taught the dynamics of skating and skills to NCAA Div I college players as well as NHL, AHL, and ECHL professional players.
The off-ice sessions will focus on speed, quickness, cardio and agility along with strength training. Off-ice sessions will be run by Justin Soryal, owner of Roots Athletes. Justin has made a name for himself as one of the top off ice instructors in New Hampshire.
