The NH Jr Avalanche in the Eastern Hockey League is proud to announce that Joe Dolci has joined the staff as an Eastern Scout.  Joe will be responsible for scouting the Massachusetts High School and Massachusetts 16-18U hockey players who will be looking to play junior hockey before heading off to NCAA College Hockey.  The Lexington, Ma native is no stranger to the rinks as a player Dolci played for Avon Old Farms Prep before going off to play in the USHL for the Waterloo Blackhawks.  At the end of the 1996-97 season he headed to SUNY Plattsburgh where he was an Assistant Captain, amassed over 140 NCAA Div III points and won a National Championship in 2001 with the Plattsburgh Cardinals.  Dolci was teammates in the USHL with EHL Head Coach Chris Cerrella who is excited about adding Joe to the staff.  "Joe is a good hockey guy he loves watching hockey and has a good eye for talent.  He will be a great addition to our scouting staff and a great addition to our EHL program.  Recruiting is the bloodline of your organization and adding Joe is going to help us get more eyes on more players in the New England area," said Cerrella.
