Through 28 games of the 2017-18 season the NH Jr Avalanche 18U team has battled some adversity but there has also been many bright spots the talk about at the half way point.  Team Captains Cody Lappas (17 pts),  Pat Maloney (16 pts) and Aaron Harmon (10 pts) are all off to good starts for the 18U Avalanche.  Head Coach Brian Saucier credits their leadership and hard work for the teams success and expects them to develop further as they move into the 2nd half of the season. Coach Saucier also credits the continuity within the Avalanche program as being extremely beneficial for the 18U players as it provides them weekly practice time with Head Coach Chris Cerrella and the EHL Junior A team.  Not only does this push them in terms of competition level, it  provides them direct visibility to Coach Cerrella who constantly evaluates them for positions on his team in the future.  Without a doubt, the ladder of development is definitely alive and well at the Ice Den!

Team point leader Matt Gagnon (19pts) and Maloney were recently selected for the ECEL all star game which takes place at Yale University on December 8th. Congratulations to both players on the well earned selection and best of luck next weekend! #ROLLAVSROLL
